We spent a lot of time looking for a new holiday trailer 2 yrs ago, and we were less than impressed with our local dealerships.  At each dealership we were subjected to high-pressure sales people that seemed less interested in what we wanted, and more interested in making a quick sale.  While driving by, we saw the Olds RV building shortly after construction.  After speaking with Cliff on the phone, we knew they were the kind of dealership that we wanted to deal with.  We purchased a 5th wheel from Olds RV and we can't say enough about the service provided.  Cliff and Carla went out of their way for us and were always pleasant, up-front, and honest.  We returned again this year to upgrade. We purchased another trailer from Olds RV and once again, Cliff and Carla were fantastic to deal with!  We love our new Heartland Roadwarrior, and when it comes time for a new unit down the road, we simply won't shop anywhere else.  Everyone from sales to service at this dealership is top-notch, and the drive from Edmonton is more than worth it!

We purchased a camper and after the warranty expired we had a manufactures defect. The service team at Olds RV fixed the problem and then went after the manufacture for reimbursement. After a successful presentation, we were fully reimbursed. During the appeal process the staff at Olds RV kept us informed of the progress and very supportive to our needs and concerns. We were 100% satisfied and we will continue taking our RV and referring friends and family to Olds RV.

When we first pulled into Olds RV we were very surprised. A half built shop and a gravel lot with a bunch of trailers sitting there. But after meeting the staff and dealing on a used Class C we couldn't be happier that we visited them.
